2050 Partners is seeking to add a bright and highly organized Administrative Specialist to assist the 2050 Partners staff and management team with a variety of operational and administrative functions. As an Administrative Specialist you will lead or support a variety of corporate operations tasks as well as client-facing projects that help our clients achieve their goals. We are looking for someone to work three-quarter to full time who is passionate about delivering exceptional services in support of our mission of meeting state, federal, and international carbon mitigation goals, and enthusiastic about growing with our dynamic consulting firm. We are flexible regarding physical location, but you must be located within the United States and willing to work business hours Pacific Time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Compliance with and maintenance of our Safety Program, including site safety coordination for client project sites, maintaining required documentation, onboarding new subcontractors to the Safety Program, and researching local and state regulations and orders to ensure our safety protocols are compliant with local rules where our consultant teams run research projects
  • Central administrative support to consultant team including travel planning and arrangements, meeting scheduling, maintenance of various trackers and policies and procedures documentation systems
  • Event planning and support, including maintaining Constant Contact or other email platforms and meeting space selection, logistics, and layout planning
  • Assistance to technical consultants with development of reports and presentations, and business development and proposal writing
  • Assistance for company owners with meeting scheduling, equipment and supplies purchasing, confidential KPI spreadsheet development and tracking
  • Contracts processing and client invoicing support

Desired Qualifications
